As **Principal Software Developer **you will:- Architect and develop design patterns for a highly scalable, performance-optimized, and highly available environment for micro-services-based SaaS on top of the OCI, and Oracle Platform Services.- Build and maintain automation frameworks and tools to ensure high speed & low-cost provisioning, maximum uptime, and predictability while preventing outages and service interruptions or degradations- Develop and manage operational processes and metrics that ensure maximum reliability and uptime for our customers- Analyze service level degradations and develop rapid response solutions to ensure such degradations do not reoccur- Lead and mentor team members.- Partner with PaaS development teams**What You'll Bring**Your drive, knowledge, and commitment will help us become the number one cloud company in the world.
We also look for:- Experience in developing using Java and JavaScript technologies- OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) expertise- Kubernetes and related technologies experience- Experience in creating effective cloud infrastructure solutions that ensure a high level of performance- Experience managing complex deployments, including continuous deployments of various micro-services- Successful track record of building and maintaining infrastructure, including required monitoring, testing, and tooling- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and distributed systems fundamentals.- Good working knowledge of Oracle Products, SaaS and Cloud Services- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Ruby.- Programming and scripting languages- REST Web Services- SPA Framework (JET, React, Angular, Vue) experience is preferred- Experience with the monitoring space in general (metrics, logging, tracing, profiling)- Experience working with Agile development frameworks- A self-starter that is naturally inquisitive, requiring only small pieces to the puzzle, across many technologies new and legacy**Detailed Description and Job Requirements****Oracle is an Affirmative Action-Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
