**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for early career and senior positions in** Sales, Success, and Support**teams
- Conduct 15+ phone screens per week, driving 360 sourcing reachouts per quarter
- Lead structured interviews, including designing interview plans and running debriefs
- Utilize data and analytics to track progress, optimize processes, and inform decision-making
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts by creating diverse interview panels and promoting equitable hiring practices
- Manage recruiting efforts autonomously, while following established recruiting processes
- Partner cross-functionally with **Finance, HR, and Compensation** teams to streamline the recruiting process and offer strategies
**Requirements**:
- 8+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably for revenue-generating and revenue-adjacent roles
- Proven experience in a **high-growth, fast-paced environment**, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Strong experience working with **leaders at all levels**, from front-line managers to SVPs
- Expertise in **data-driven recruiting**, utilizing analytics to drive talent acquisition strategy
- Familiarity with **high-volume Revenue Ops** organizations, **high-performing marketing teams**, and **product-led growth business models**:
- Experience with **Gem and Greenhouse** or similar recruiting platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to pivot quickly and manage multiple requisitions
