WeWork Reforma Latino (97001), Mexico, Ciudad de Mexico, Ciudad de MexicoPrincipal HR AssociateWhat You'll Do:Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in the hiring and background screening process for candidates who have been made an offer for employment.Connect with candidates (verbally and through email) to navigate the candidate through the background check process.Work with our vendor to provide any missing information to continue the background screen.Work with our downstream partners to provide internal status updates to leadership and teammates.Partner with the Learning & Development team, and other HR functions to support the onboarding and integration process for new associates into Capital One.Serve as a beacon of the Capital One Values in all interactions with candidates and new Capital One associates.Help HR Leaders identify and implement process improvements that enhance the associate experience and/or operational efficiency.Support management of relevant departmental data systems, including candidate tracking database, budget tracking, decision-making tools and ad-hoc reporting requests.Partner with internal clients and HR Business Partners to deliver top-notch associate experiences.Basic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED, Equivalent Certification or Military Experience.At least 1 year of process management experience.At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Intermediate-Advanced English fluency.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or military experience.3+ years experience in direct process support in a multi-step program.Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.3+ years of experience in Human Resources.1+ year of experience with Salesforce.1+ year of experience with Workday.Capital One will only consider candidates that are Mexico citizens or permanent residents.At Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
