.Overview:The Continuous Process Improvement and PCD Princpal l, is a key leadership role responsible for driving business process optimization and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization. This role involves global GBS Process Controls, Governance in the four GBS Centers and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall performance across various business processes.- Document control, changes, and access management for the proper use of the Signavio platform globally.- To promote platform usage and increase viewers adoption by region.- To collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage Process Improvement methodologies.- To develop a global standard process working together with Business Assurance department to identify critical processes periodically.- To analyze, design and optimize workflows to achieve operational excellence.- Assisting in efficiency investigations for each process using established methodologies or tools.- Monthly report to update Processes, SPA´s and audit progress in each GBS center.- Exploring best practices in the market to find better system controls and faster models to support GBS.- To drive process improvements achieving efficiencies and quality enhancements for best results.- To drive innovation and improvements in service, internal controls, and quality.- To collaborate with Process Control Database Team to extract, analyze and create process opportunities that all GBS Centers carry out as part of critical global processes (BCP).- To understand and collaborate with Intelligence Process Automation team, focused on process improvements throughout organizations.- To negotiate with multiple key process stakeholders and policy makers to drive improvements.- To Manage a Global Process Control Database Governance according to business needs, system tools available for implementation, maintenance, and project management.Job Qualifications:Position Skills:- Excellent and fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish- Flexibility to function under varied timelines and adapt to constant and evolving changes rapidly.- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a very fast paced environment.- Ability to create support and buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders and create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, business units and decision makers.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.- A highly developed sense of logic, focusing on internal controls, and a sense of financial impacts to make short and long-term recommendations based on the various business cases attained to the role.- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.**Experience**:Required- 4+ years of experience in process improvement, technical or business architecture- 4+ years of experience leading / managing projects
