.Overview: STATEMENT:DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:- Manage multiple complex projects that require coordination between development, QA and product team using Agile methodologies including SCRUM, Kanban, Scaled Agile etc. as required- Functional expertise of the systems supported and the development of a framework for system implementation and maintenance.- The ability to interview various non-technical managers to understand complex, dynamic business rules/processes and then create detailed requirements documentation.- Work with program management office and business relationship managers to understand scope, priorities and budget to execute projects and maintenance of systems.- Verification of the feasibility of requested functionality and validation of support for business rules based on existing technical systems and data structures.- Ability to create and present key requirements artifacts including but not limited to:- Scope Document- Business Requirements Document- Detailed Specification of Key Business Rules- Use Cases- Activity Diagram- Business Process Mapping Diagrams and Documentations- Gap Analysis- User Stories- Presentations (Power Point and Word Documents) for a non-technical business audienceJob Qualifications:- Effective leadership skills for directing the business requirements function and be responsible for the teams working for them in producing quality output of work.- Proven ability to achieve results under limited or no direct supervision- Ability to effectively manage multiple, competing, high-priority projects with varying deadlines- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization- Engage business users spanning multiple business units and ensure cohesive articulation of business goals and processes to ensure effective technology solutions.- Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, including Agile, Kanban, Lean, Waterfall, Scaled Agile frameworks, PMBOK, etc.- Thorough knowledge of information systems concepts and terminology- Strong work ethic with an emphasis on service and quality- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.- Ability to interact effectively with individuals from different countries and cultures, with a sensitivity to cultural diversity- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio- Ability to travel domestically and internationally 10-20% of the time.**Experience**:- 7+ years demonstrated experience in the Technology/IT industry.- Must have Project Delivery lead experience and ability to lead and mentor junior team members
