North American Production Sharing - Tijuana, MexicoDetailsNegotiableFull-Time1 positionProcess EngineerWe are the world's largest 3PL for high-growth e-commerce and DTC brands.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.What you'll do:Conduct thorough analyses of warehouse processes to identify areas for improvement, including workflow design, material handling, equipment utilization, and inventory management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including warehouse operations, logistics, quality assurance, and management.Utilize data analysis techniques to measure and evaluate process performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven solutions for optimization.Develop and implement SOPs.Design and implement process flow diagrams, value stream maps, and other visual tools to communicate process changes, improvement plans, and performance metrics.Identify and recommend opportunities for automation and technology integration to streamline warehouse processes.What you'll need:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement frameworks.Proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and statistical analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, Excel, etc.).Experience with AutoCAD.Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP systems.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, project management, and communication skills.Availability to travel (US Visa is required).
