We uphold our values of respect, integrity, and accountability, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone can thrive.Responsibilities:Drive the creation of enterprise-scale AI systems, ensuring scalability, quality, and ethical AI practices across all phases of development.Identify opportunities to apply the latest advancements in generative AI and information retrieval to enhance Copilot's capabilities.Lead cross-discipline teams, including engineering, data/AI scientists, and designers, to build new AI capabilities from conception through defining requirements, development, evaluation, and launch.Define the roadmap for the feature areas you lead, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with Engineering to make informed tradeoffs.Establish product success metrics using advanced AI measurement techniques and conduct experiments to drive metric improvements.Synthesize customer feedback from qualitative and quantitative sources to guide product investments and continuously enhance the Copilot experience.Ensure compliance with Microsoft best practices for AI safety, security, and privacy.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, software development, data science or AI/ML.OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
