We are seeking experienced and highly organized Program Managers to join our dynamic team of digital finance implementation professionals. As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and closing our implementation projects with our clients' financial systems and transformational change initiatives. You will ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in guiding cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients through complex finance systems projects that align with our client's goals and objectives.

This role requires a relentless and innovative pursuit in implementing best in class service solutions for card payment processing and digital banking.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Expertise**: Utilize your technical knowledge of financial systems implementations to understand project requirements, work closely with technical teams, and make informed decisions to drive project success.
- **Project Planning**: Define technical project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and develop a detailed project plan, including technical requirements, architecture, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication among technical team members to achieve project goals.
- **Risk Management**: Identify technical project risks, including potential technical challenges, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- **Client Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, managing complex senior stakeholders and navigating cross-team challenges to manage and drive accountability and responsibilities for delivery, to meet timelines.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor technical project budgets, track technical expenses, and ensure projects stay within technical and financial constraints.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and enforce technical quality standards, conducting regular technical project reviews to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical outcomes.
- **Process Improvement**: ability to engage business stakeholder, assessing areas of improvement to existing policies and processes, and building appropriate action plans.
- **Technical Documentation**: Maintain accurate technical project documentation, including technical specifications, technical status reports, and technical change requests.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Engage with technical stakeholders at all levels, providing regular technical updates and addressing technical concerns to maintain positive technical relationships.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, with a track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects.
- Ability to understand different senior stakeholder perspectives, and manage their needs and expectations carefully.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and motivate teams to be accountable for their activities.
- Manage complex senior stakeholder relationship and diffuse differences of opinion and priority.
- Turn apathy into measurable progress.
- Experience in finance, banking, and/or payments systems (credit/debit/digital wallets etc.)
- Strong technical leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse technical teams and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent technical communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in technical project management tools and software.
- Strong technical analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to technical detail and a focus on delivering high-quality technical results.
- Ability to adapt to changing technical priorities and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
