The Project Analyst will be responsible for multiple aspects of the process including the customer requirements and delivery deadlines, effective communication with key customer stakeholders, and internal management.**Responsibilities**:Ensure the project and associated business case are scoped, initiated, and approved according to the required proceduresInterfacing directly with clients to understand their unique needs and the structure of their data and information systems to tailor the solution to each specific caseEnsure the project is planned in a manner that delivers the required quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions.Analyze and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate them as appropriateEnsure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting are providedEnsure requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, schedules, benefits, and other related project artifacts are documented and trackedSkills And RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Technology, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProficient in both PMI and Agile methodologies will be a plusUS Regulatory Reporting exposure is preferredExperience in SharePoint, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPointExperience in working with JIRA/Confluence preferred.Demonstrate experience in governing or supporting projects to successful conclusionsExperience in effectively communicating with and positively influencing project stakeholders. and team members
