What Engineering Program/Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health
This position is responsible for defining, validating, and documenting manufacturing processes with optimal use of resources, ensuring the level of quality, productivity and minimizing waste (scrap), continually improving the capacity of processes to meet specifications. Give direct support to production by identifying cost reduction, generating ideas, solving and coordinating work teams, risk analysis, solution coordination, definition of processes, project planning, mentoring techniques, and focused on providing sustainable technical solutions.
Program/Project Management is responsible for managing the execution of programs and/or projects consisting of single or multiple projects and/or programs. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
