.The **Project Manager **plays a pivotal role in steering the implementation of NetSuite, adhering to the Suite Success methodology. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the project delivery is in alignment with the agreed scope, timeline, and budget, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. This encompasses understanding and managing client expectations and coordinating with Oracle and other vendors for seamless delivery.The Project Manager is crucial in overseeing the trajectory of projects, ensuring high-quality service implementation, and devising customer-centric plans. They are responsible for overseeing ad hoc needs, managing project boundaries, administering change processes, and facilitating the swift resolution of project obstacles.The Project Manager is tasked with supervising multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with a diverse array of resources in a matrix setup. They are responsible for creating and managing an overarching project plan (inclusive of budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements. They are also responsible for monitoring and reporting progress or changes against the plan.Career Level - IC3**Project Management**- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely, budgeted, and quality implementations.- Plan and communicate project progress, achieving milestones and maintaining project momentum.- Leverage global resources in a matrix environment and NetSuite's Project Management Methodology for successful implementations.- Manage customer expectations regarding project scope, delivery model, stakeholder roles, timelines, change management, and communication plans.- Resolve issues and roadblocks, and present final key milestones and deliverables.- Conduct post-implementation analysis on completed projects and share findings internally.**Problem Solving**- Translate customer business requirements into viable business solutions or re-engineering initiatives.- Assess customer needs, develop innovative plans to solve complex business workflows, and implement these in the NetSuite environment.- Document, troubleshoot, and escalate support issues beyond defined parameters.**Autonomy**- Utilize project resources to complete projects on time and within budget, securing customer references.- Play a key role in managing, tracking, and communicating project progress, and ensuring quality service delivery.**Decision Making**- Plan customer-specific engagements, manage business requirements development and signoff process, control project scope, execute change management when needed, and resolve project discrepancies and roadblocks.**Interpersonal Skills**- Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills.- Establish credibility and rapport with stakeholders.- Work within project teams, collaborate cross-departmentally, and communicate effectively with functional and technical resources
