The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, working closely with customers to achieve meaningful outcomes while building trust through technical excellence.What You'll Do:Oversee all aspects of service delivery, including scoping, proposal generation, delivery, and final deliverables.Manage engagements to ensure clients' needs are met professionally and efficiently.Collaborate with trusted partners to support seamless service delivery.Deliver advisory services that educate clients on visibility and security, solving complex business and security challenges.Build and enhance business processes and methodologies.Grow the business by engaging with customers, partners, and internal teams.Build customer and alliance relationships, positioning Gigamon as a trusted partner.Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers.What You've Done:Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.10+ years of experience in network visibility, information security, cybersecurity, incident response, or enterprise risk management.6+ years of experience managing matrix and/or indirect project staff.Extensive knowledge in network visibility, cybersecurity operations, emerging security technologies, and evolving threat trends.Proven experience managing large-scale projects related to information security, technology risk management, cybersecurity, or cyber-risk management.Experience in incident response or threat hunting.Demonstrated ability to produce precise, concise, and accurate technical deliverables and business communications.Proven track record of working with global, virtual teams and collaborating with a broad range of roles.Ability to manage high-pressure situations with various stakeholders and executives.Strong understanding of security risks and the ability to implement appropriate security controls.Project Management accreditation (PMP, PgMP) or equivalent preferred
