**DESCRIPTION**:Accelerate deployment of the Quality Operations Automation strategy, increase utilization of technology to solve problems where appropriate, and support building the required interpersonal capabilities for sustained success.
**RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:- Connect across functions, regions, and franchises on in-progress and planned technology projects and share successes and lessons learned to solve shared business problems- Stay on top of external trends and proactively partner and develop Quality & Regulatory mentorship for novel technologies for potential J&J adoption - in the spaces of Advanced Manufacturing, Modeling and Simulation and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning- Support shape MD Quality Operations Automation roadmap- Develop/curate takeaways that build broad capability in technology fundamentals and targeted advanced capability in the regions- Coach and mentor regional talent leading execution of local technology projects on innovative quality strategies**Qualifications** REQUIREMENTS**:**Required Minimum Education**: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or relevant scientific/technical field and 7+ years demonstrated experience or an advanced degree (for example, Master's, Ph.D.) in Engineering or relevant scientific/technical field and 4+ years of confirmed experience.
