Through our expertise in Innovative Medicine and MedTech, we are uniquely positioned to innovate across the full spectrum of healthcare solutions today to deliver the breakthroughs of tomorrow, and profoundly impact health for humanity.Purpose:You will be responsible for:As a Quality Systems – External Manufacturing Product Release Technician you will:Be responsible to know and follow EES policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.Ensure compliance to policies, procedures, GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) requirements of documents for product release.Be responsible for conducting technical quality assurance inspections (product), as needed.Work with appropriate departments to ensure that calibration and maintenance are performed as required by applicable procedures, as needed.Engage in other responsibilities as assigned, and all responsibilities may not be listed.Knowledge of Quality Systems for correction action, product segregation, non-conformity material control, and process improvement.Product knowledge of tolerancing, component assembly operations, and small piece part assembly.Working knowledge of GDP/ISO regulations and requirements.Competency in MS Office applications and applicable EES systems (EtQ, Windchill, etc.).Ability to use excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with EES associates from all levels and functions of the organization.Qualifications:Minimum 2-4 years related experience in a highly regulated, quality-centric environment, preferably in a QA (Quality Assurance) / QC (Quality Control Environment).Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions.Must have proven skill in inspection and review of documentation.Must have knowledge of inspection sheets, change control systems, corrective action system, material specifications, routers, and basic understanding of purchasing processes.Ability to work in a team environment with little or no supervision.Ability to travel up to 25% at peak times, domestic and international, assignments could require up to four weeks continuous travel.ASQ Certified Quality Technician (CQT) or Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) preferred.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer
