In addition, manages information through the use of the company's internal systems. Provides support to different areas and departments in the search for documents. Establishes priorities to ensure compliance, quality of the scanning process and supports the records program established by Records Management.You will be responsible for:Under Limited Supervision and in accordance with federal, state and local laws/regulations and Johnson & Johnson Corporate procedures and guidelines,this position:- May have shift rotation and/or may require working overtime.- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to the next level of management- For those who supervise or manage personnel, is responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources necessary to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable- Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State and Local company regulations, policies and procedures.- Performs other duties as assigned as requiredThe Principal Records Technician will be able to perform all of the above activities and will also perform the duties of Records Coordinator:- Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the records management program for Corporate. Supports all aspects of archiving, control and retrieval of documents and information that is proprietary or has been published.- Conducts current records compliance and audit to vital records protection, in conjunction with the Records Management Manager.- Supports the Manager in the review and management of records retention schedules for Corporate, including annual departmental reviews and public updates throughout the year, as required.- Participates in annual records reviews, periodic records management training and department records coordinator meetings
