This opening is for a full stack Senior Software Engineer in the Stack Monitoring service built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in the Observability and Management space.
You will work with a fast-growing, action-oriented team of software engineers, test automation engineers, product managers, and UX designers to build out new functionality and enhancements within the product.
As a team, we use Agile methodologies to self-organize and deliver value at a rapid pace.
ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the software engineering division, you will assist in defining and developing software for tasks associated with developing, debugging, or designing software applications in the Oracle Cloud.
Provide technical leadership to other software developers.
Specify, design, and implement important changes to existing software architecture to meet changing needs.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment.
Fully competent in your area of expertise.
You will have a project lead role and/or supervise lower-level personnel.
A BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area is required.
10+ years of software engineering or related experience is necessary.
Role: Reads product requirements, collaborates with senior architects and product management, and writes high-quality code.
Demonstrate the functionality via functional demos and deliver the code with unit tests and functional test automation as well as full documentation of features.
