.OVERVIEW:The Principal Solution Architect (SA) is the primary, customer-facing leader responsible for guiding the delivery team on CE/CRM engagements, ensuring customer success, and exceeding expectations.
You will oversee every stage of the project delivery, from initiate and analysis to design and build, to deployment and go-live, aiming to secure project success and referenceable clients.CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of enterprise IT applications focused on D365 application capabilities, and CE technical/functional capabilities.Proficiency in designing and implementing IT solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies, including APIs and web services.Strong grasp of data migrations, integrations techniques and technologies, including Azure Integration Services, APIs and web services.Working knowledge of Power Platform, Office 365, and related technologies.Project Management: Ability to manage and lead technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and budgets.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Architectural Knowledge: Experience in creating end-to-end technology roadmaps.
Understanding of architectural frameworks and methodologies.
Experience in creating overall design blueprint document and detailed architectural artifacts.Leadership and Team Management: Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.Proven ability to organize and lead a virtual team of CE/CRM consultants across different locations (including offshore).Experience leading teams using hybrid, agile methodologies.Ability to lead and support internal teams and customers, including architects from other business applications (Finance and Operations, PowerBI, etc.
).Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
