Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction.**_ Education and Experience Required: _**Typically 10+ years total experience in strategy, planning, operations, finance, or related functional area. Advanced university degree required (e.G., MBA) or demonstrable equivalent experience.**_ Primary Responsibilities:_**- Print SPOC for E2E controls and compliance efforts- Specific designation as the Print L2 SPOC Control Champion- Ensures organization is compliant from an Internal Audit and business continuity perspective- On an ad hoc basis, supports special projects that require coordination across functions- Report to the Print FP&A Director but also provide direct support to all members of the Print Finance Staff- Coordinate the successful execution of all Print Controls on a recurring basis- Support synchronized documentation of all controls, with specific focus on up-to-date SOX 404 documentation- Act as liaison between Print Finance Staff and EY, IA, RACE**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**- Excellent analytical thinking and presentation skills.- Superior business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and influence skills.- Excellent project management skills, including leading large, cross-functional initiatives that impact the organization.- Strong leadership skills, including team-building, conflict resolution, and management.- Ability to lead multiple, large, time sensitive projects or work streams.- Strong organizational skills and ability to drive coordination across multiple functions and geographiesHP offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:- Dental insurance- Disability insurance- Employee assistance program- Flexible schedule- Flexible spending account- Health insurance- Life insurance**Per the **Washington **statute, **the estimated range of compensation for this job **in that location**, at the time of this posting, is $102,500 - 157,850 USD. This position may be eligible for incentive pay, for openings where this is applicable.
