For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Mexico.About this opportunity:As a key member of Dayforce's Global Privacy Office, the Privacy Program Manager is engaged in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the components of Dayforce's global privacy program.
They will be responsible for advising internal stakeholders to enable the business to comply with privacy laws and internal policies, industry best practices, and further enhance Dayforce's privacy posture in the marketplace.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations, Global Privacy Office.What you'll get to do:Experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Dayforce's global privacy program, and lead components including, but not limited to data subject rights, third party risk management, complaints, and privacy initiatives impacting Dayforce's workforce and customers.Govern and oversee the execution of the Privacy Data Management Risk Framework, including maintaining the privacy risk register, driving critical enterprise data management and privacy data risk management goals, best practices, and risk mitigation strategies.Provide privacy guidance and advice to internal business partners to ensure that privacy is built by design into Dayforce's products, services, and processes with little support.The ability to identify areas of improvement in practices relative to managing personal data and assist in designing strategies to address.Independently perform data privacy impact assessments of operational business processes, IT tools, and applications including Dayforce's third-party partners/vendors to identify and mitigate risks.Devise innovative programs and strategies to make work life better that support the organization's objectives.Act as a cross-functional champion for privacy and play a critical role in key privacy & compliance program initiatives.Skills and experience we value:3–5 years of experience in privacy/data protection, risk management, or related compliance functions.Post-secondary education certificate or university degree in a related discipline required.IAPP certification preferred.Experience managing technical programs and/or cross-functional enterprise programs highly desirable.Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
