Problem Solver focus to guide and support associates who lead projects by following logical thinking and using structured methods to find and control technical and managerial root causes. Supporting Value Stream organization at Engineering and Technician Level to increase competence in problem-solving techniques which contribute to our PS culture change in order to improve key indicators at Plant Level.Working Experience:
- More than 1 year of experience in problem solving, preferably in the automotive industry.Key Skills:
- Certified as Shainin apprentice; Journeyman preferred.
- Certified as Six Sigma Green Belt preferred.
- Trained in PS methods (PS, 8D, Kepner Tregoe, etc.).
- Logical and strategic thinking.
- Knowledge in descriptive statistics and statistical inference.
- Leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; high initiative; independent working style; analytical approach; accountability and reliability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
