Proc/Prod Engineering Technician

It is in charge of controlling and improving the processes established for manufacturing, assembly, testing, packaging and product inspection operations. Manages processes in order to comply with specific customer requirements.- Develop work instructions for operations, rework, draws, deviations, etc.- Uses the 8D methodology to solve problems in the areas or products under their responsibility- Develop cost saving optimization projects and continuous improvement.- Balance line loads to achieve maximum process performance.- Develop visual aids, standard HIV operation process (Visual Instruction Sheet), Parameter Approval Sheet (HAP).- Coordinate with Quality Engineering to evaluate discrepant material.- Develop and document analysis of failure modes as well as in the control plan.- Contributes in developing the standardized work of the key operations of the process- Keeps standardized work up to date.
