**WHAT TO EXPECT**

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of standardized processes across all product data creation activities in the Americas. Leading workshops you will enhance and create processes that are designed to create speed and accuracy in our product creation and data management. While developing process and documentation standards you will also lead change management efforts in collaboration with our team members. This role is a key role in transforming our data processes.

- This is an exciting opportunity for you because you will be transforming and creating new efficiencies at Gates.
- Your objective/goals will be to create process standards while leading change management.
- This position is vital to Gates because transformation of product data governance is essential to our ability to serve our customers.

**Key responsibilities (to name a few)**:

- Communicate & Present to leaders, demonstrate improvements, accomplishments and next steps
- Lead workshops used to create standard documentation and review process to drive standard rules, tools and work processes.
- Establish measures with the team and demonstrate progress using data & visualization.
- Lead projects, establish and manage timelines ensuring projects remain on schedule.
- Proven proficiency in one or more of the following: Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process improvement, Agile & Kaizen.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 2-4 years of progressive business process & project management experience.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferred certifications/licenses: Project management, process management
- Travel required up to 30%
- English Fluency

**PAY & BENEFITS**
- Saving Incentive: 13% of the base salary paid in monthly basis.

- Meal Allowance $3,346.00 MXP per month

- Vacation and Holidays -Under the provisions of Gates Personnel Policies for the Gates de México.

- Saving Found According with ODESSA - Gates Policies (Optional)
- Canteen Service - According with Toluca Plant agreement.
- Christmas Bonus: 30 days of salary
