To fulfill our mission, we are looking to hire a skilled process engineer to oversee the design and implementation of our company processes.
In your role you will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents with a risk management acumen.
What we are looking for.
- A leader who support and actively contribute to maintain and improve defined quality level of processes in accordance with legal requirements, Alfa Laval standard/specifications and customer requirements with a risk control understanding.
- With your previous experience you can handle incoming inspection activities and non-conformity reporting from internal an external audit
- With your negotiation and communication skills you can perform risk assessment inside the company
- With your acumen skills you can maintain the efficiency of the company to reduce costs, aligned processes, identify risk and so on.
- With your previous experience you can support the continuous improvement in projects/activities in the Quality area, in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality Strategy.
- With your drive for results skills we can ensure the implementation or the processes and monitor compliance.
About your profile
This is not a gender role for that reason all profiles are welcome:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering or similar- Proven work experience as a process analyst, quality engineer or internal control analyst.- Experience working with 6 sigma, design thinking, project management, sustainability.- High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems. VISIO- Desirable knowledge or primary understanding in risk control.
