The** **Process and Customer Service Administrator** will be in charge of the administration, control and execution of administrative processes that may include the generation of orders for products, registration of accounts and stores, user configuration, mass billing, intercompany orders, monitoring, management and solution to documents not tax stamped. You will report directly to the Jr. Customer Service Management. This position is based in Tultitlan.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Preparation of administrative documents: Invoicing of loads, re-invoicing, mass invoicing (machinery, furniture, POP material and sales support material), generation of credit notes and return folios, review/safeguarding of the media for the generation of documents..
- Creation of Axxes and VDT users: receipt, review of requests, documentation and creation of users according to the current process.
- Review of documentation, capture of requests for registrations, cancellations and changes to client and store catalogs for Mexico.
- Review of documentation and processing of requests for registrations, cancellations and changes to client and store catalogs for Mexico and Central America, until the completion of the request.
- Document management of contracts, addenda and client documents.
- Attention to employee sales orders, advice on process doubts, capture of orders and monitoring of payments and shipments.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, engineering, technical degree in Administration, IT, Marketing or similar.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- Use Excel, Office packages
- Experience using ERP (Oracle preferred)
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge in generating reporting and presentations
