ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Date bases analysis and management Key activities support and key information administrator on the different seasonal buying process Purchase order elaboration (Excel form) and upload them on Proscai system. Coverage season analysis (preseason & in-season), revision and databases comparison. Internal communication (Sales, Merchandising & Planning). External communication with Carters USA (Operations, Merchandising, Planning) KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Analytical skills, possess attention to detail, good team player, well organized, focused on results Proficiency in MS Office including advanced skills in Excel Fluent in English oral and written Experience using Proscai (buying module) PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS BA/BS degree in Business Administration, International Business or related. +2 years of experience on data analysis and buying BENEFITS Saving fund Life Insurance and Major Medical Expenses Premium Vacation Food Coupons Hybrid Model: Corporate Offices in Antara, Polanco At Carter's we promote a culture of inclusion and an environment of equality and respect.
