We boldly go.**Job Summary:**- Develope robust and reliable manufacturing processes related to CNC precision machining to support regular operations, NPD programs, and productivity initiatives in Monterrey facility. The Machining PQE should constantly meet Product/Project Costs, Quality, and implementation schedule established by the project.- *****Responsibilities**:- Define machine specifications, approval protocols, runoff, and instalation requirements for Capital equipment related to CNC machining.- Perform advanced problem solving using 6-Sigma, DOE, A3, 9 Step Problem Solving, and 5-Why tools to systematically determine root cause.- Develope, maintain, and improve CNC machining programs through deep analysis of Critical Dimensions and Tolerancing.- Analyze, develope and implement process improvements in CNC machining operations.- Perform administrative tasks as part of project implementation: Purchase Orders and follow up (Capital, equipment, fixtures, and tools).- Measure, analyze and improve indicators SCRAP, FPY, DPU's, Downtime and Efficiency of machining equipment- Develope and update Control Plans, PFMEAs, JSAs, Ergonomic studies related to machining and assembly processes.- Collaborate in Opex initatives as VSAs, RIEs, and Gembas**.****Qualifications**:- Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronic BSc degree- Manufacturing/Process/Quality Engineer with at least 5 years on precision machining and Programming (roughing, milling, finishing)- Project Management, Team management- CNC programming and tool selection and design, competent on Lean Manufacturing, Material Flow, DMAIC, GD&T, MiniTab, TPM, Autocad.- English 80%We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
