****_ _****_- ****Responsibilities**:**_ _**- Responsible for making calls to different service providers in the United States, to process payments on behalf of customers.- ** **Must be able to fluently carry a conversation in English, answer questions, and document the results of each call.
**_ _**- ** **Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process.
**_ _**- ** **Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up.
**_ _**- ** **Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool.
