Process Automation Analyst - English

The role is responsible for the utilization, identifying and execution of continuous improvements and configuration of defined systems, to ensure that usage and potential is maximized across all relevant geographies and business areas and that they are aligned to global best practice processes.

What You Will Do- Become an expert for the assigned system, tool and processes, understand the opportunities and translate this into automation rules to bring maximum benefit- Participate in projects and process reference groups, investigate, learn and deploy new automation possibilities for own service area- Measure, follow up and analyze against defined KPIs, and propose and implement corrective actions to deviations in outcome- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions for assigned tools, processes and solutions- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Analytics insight and other tools to improve the automation- Answer incoming questions and assist employees, managers and other colleagues to ensure information provided is accurate and complete- Support in problem management related to automation- Review possible challenges / questions and escalate if required to the next level and secure handover- Ensure that the automation is in compliance with internal and external procedures/guidelines and country laws.- Ensure quality in the automation- Produce communication material for relevant stakeholders to ensure common understanding- Collaborate with other teams to ensure actions relating to automated systems are executed in line with global process flows
Who You Are- Bachelor's degree in Finance/related or equivalent- Minimum 3 years in an accounts payable and/or systems automation role- Preferred system experience -SAP (R/3 and S/4), Invoice Track, Ariba, and Office 365- Knowledge of relevant IT areas e.g.
Analytics, Digital, Automation etc.
and service-related areas e.g.
Service management, Continuous improvement, Process management etc.
are of advantage- Ideally analyst experience (preferably in a multi-cultural environment)- Flexible - readily adapts to change and new systems and/or methods- Understanding in business components and how they fit together- Deliver with quality and speed, Drive change and engagement, Foster learning agility in self- Global Perspective- Embrace and live our Beliefs and Behaviors - Care, Courage, Collaboration and Commitment- Self-driven, Communicates Effectively, Team player with the proven ability in strong collaboration- Fluent English
