Process Automation Associate

From Pacifica Continental we are seeking a Process Automation Associate who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join an important investment company. The Process Automation Associate will be responsible for automating and improving business processes across the organization, utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Juniper Square, and other process automation technologies.Key Responsibilities:- Identify opportunities for process automation across the organization.- Develop and implement solutions to automate and improve business processes.- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify process improvement opportunities.- Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.- Ensure that all process automation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and standards.- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure that process automation solutions are integrated with existing systems and processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, operations management, or a related field.- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in process automation,or a related field.- Fluent in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken.- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of process automation technologies and tools such as Salesforce, Juniper Square, workflow automation, and others.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.- Experience with process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.- Experience with real estate investments is a plus.**Hybrid in CDMX.
