Responsibilities Reconciliations and reporting Month close reporting and periodic dashboard reporting Account set ups and follow up Daily productivity for client request permits Workflow cases resolution for CS email requested Contact Jurisdictions to follow up on different accounts situation Critical Accounts resolution Customer Care to assist account set ups online and disputes System set up accounts updated Legal documents handling Interdepartmental call coordination with clients Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills PC skills and advance Intermediate Bilingual Conversational English + Read and Written B2 as minimum and C1 desire. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Proactiveness and Reactiveness Interpret data, analyze to resolve issues Ability to interact with clients via email and telephone Results and self-Oriented Second Level Resolution Ability to manage various customer platforms
