Interfaces with leaders to determine training needs and requirements. Responsible for training dossiers and improvements on AS9100 audits, manage training archives and compliance. Coordinates annual training plan creation along with Functions to determine internal/external trainings to meet skill development needs. Strong interpersonal skills to translate needs into developing training material and execute technical training for three different business units, including hourly and salary employees. Metrics creation and follow up to ensure training process is effective.
