Process Engineer 1St Shift - On Site

What You Will Do:Project management of learning and development programs and initiatives. Interfaces with leaders to determine training needs and requirements. Responsible for training dossiers and improvements on AS9100 audits, managing training archives and compliance. Coordinates annual training plan creation along with functions to determine internal/external trainings to meet skill development needs.Strong interpersonal skills to translate needs into developing training material and executing technical training for three different business units, including hourly and salary employees. Metrics creation and follow-up to ensure the training process is effective. Analyzes evaluation data and makes revision recommendations.Qualifications You Must Have:Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related.3+ years of experience in a similar position.80% English Level.Excel (intermediate).Previous experience as a trainer, coordinating working with groups, liaison with Schools (Cecati, CETYS, USBC, etc).Excellent time management skills.QMS and STPS compliance.Experience managing DNC or similar.Training indicators (metrics) and action plans.Lean experience and project management.Qualifications We Preferred:TWI/SIRCEAbout Collins Aerospace:Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is a leader in technologically advanced and intelligent solutions for the global aerospace and defense industry.
