As a **Process Engineer** you'll be responsible for improving products, processes and machinery of the Production Unit (PU) in safety, yields, efficiency, quality and reliability performance, ensuring stable production.

**What you'll do**
- Evaluate assembly processes for the implementation of control plans.
- Identify improvements in machine and/or process conditions, ergonomics, and material flow.
- Defining tools to improve line performance and increase productivity.
- Monitoring of assembly processes and quality to search for improvements.
- Technical support to the engineering department for the introduction of new products, as well as for the modification of existing products.
- Maintaining the organization's required 5S levels.
- Perform analysis and problem-solving using continuous improvement methods.
**Your qualifications**
- ** Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering.**:
- ** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.**:
- **Skills in project management, SAP, expertise in ergonomics, process flow, materials, and productivity are desirable.**:
- ** Knowledge of continuous improvement is desirable.**:
- ** Advanced English is MANDATORY (writing & speaking).**
