Job Description Implement new equipment and enhance existing ones through modifications and continuous improvement. Develop, standardize, and optimize processes across various skilled areas within the organization. Manage projects, meet stakeholder expectations, and provide technical reports. Engage directly with customers to guide, influence, and manage expectations. Provide practical and theoretical support to plant, operational, and quality teams. Create and maintain documentation including control plans, PFMEAs, SWIs, manufacturing Bill of Materials, and stage drawings. Conduct market research to stay updated with advancements in the battery industry. Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in Manufacturing, Process Engineering, or a related field. Education: Degree or equivalent (HNC/HND) in Mechanical, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering. Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in MS Office suite. Candidates with relevant engineering experience will be considered even without formal qualifications .
