If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer (PCBA) located in Guadalajara Norte.Reporting to the VP, Operations, the Process Engineer's role involves:What a typical day looks like:Recognize the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product.Define, implement, and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.Identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.Participate in daily production activities and solve daily issues effectively.Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.Oversee new process equipment production.Manage the introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters.Develop, implement, and take ownership of process control methodologies.Develop and maintain process documentation.Review processing methods.Interface with production on new process implementation and transfer.Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.Innovate Metal Mechanical projects by applying reengineering to maintain and improve competitiveness.Validate the processes used in the manufacture of mechanical parts in accordance with applicable requirements, norms, and standards to guarantee quality.Supervise resources inherent to their field of application, considering safety, hygiene, and environmental aspects, to increase productivity.Experience for punch, bend, insertion, robotic tapping operations, including tool crib management, EDMs, and MRO non-BoM materials.Knowledge of Happy and Unhappy paths.Interface analysis – (Thermoire).Knowledge of Bum-pile reduction.Experience in SMT process.Process Characterization.SMT Continuous improvement.Knowledge in Pick-in-place balancing and Back-end Processes.Experience in Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.Thermal Transfer/Back End - Front End.Client Management.Assembly Manufacturing.Experience in Electronics Industry (Desirable).The experience we're looking to add to our team:Advanced English.Typically requires a bachelor's degree
