**Position Overview**
Responsible for optimizing and improving production processes to improve efficiency, quality and productivity.
Its focus is to analyze, design, implement and continually improve manufacturing processes.
**What you'll do**
- Collaborate in the design and development of new manufacturing processes, from conception to implementation on the production line.
- Optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and minimize cycle times.
- Perform detailed process analysis using tools such as flowcharts, root cause analysis, and process capability analysis.
- Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase productivity improve quality and reduce waste.
- Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new technologies and production equipment to improve efficiency and quality.
- Design and implement automation and control systems to optimize processes and minimize human intervention.
- Lead engineering projects related to the design, development and implementation of new processes and process improvements.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including production, maintenance and quality, to ensure successful execution of projects.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure security standards are maintained across operations.
**Who you are**
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Data analysis and statistical skills using tools such as Excel, Minitab, or JMP.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production systems and engineering principles.
- English 85%.
- Intermediate - advanced Excel.
- Familiarity with process optimization techniques, such as lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Strong skills in data analysis and process modeling.
- Autocad or solid works - intermediate
- advance.
- Lean-Six Sigma knowledge and experience.
