Process Engineer What you'll do:Improvement and development of the Injection Molding ProcessFollow the 1 Product 1 Process (1P1P) strategyCreate process documentation (SWI, Process parameter control, Setup, PFMEA)Support site activities to Autonomous Manufacturing GroupProvide proper follow-up of Policy Deployment actionsProcess improvement & Autonomous Manufacturing Center metricsAnalysis of variables & adjust process parameter injection MoldingExperience in Injection Molding process and Assembly processPLC KnowledgeExperience in Automation with RobotsThe Process Engineer is key in the area; your experience with Injection Molding process helps to develop new projects and assure the correct launch process. With knowledge in automation, you can help to reduce cycle time, increase PPH, and assure the quality of the products. Improve the PPH by muda elimination and improvement of Robot movements, scrap reduction through data analysis, SMED reduction, improve the process to reduce raw material costs in the Injection process area, implement best practices for the global team, develop process parameters for new programs, validate new molds for IM area, and debug new part numbers.
