Participates in the HAZOP studies of Processes and Projects and coordinates the generation of MOCs of the processes in the Plant.Process optimizationReviews, coordinates, and executes optimization projects with project personnel. Implements the optimization projects determined by the technology area. Proposes process optimization projects to avoid raw material -scrap- losses off spec and energies.Production Processes ReliabilityEnsures the reliability of production processes through prevention tools such as AMEF, Process Safety, root cause analysis. Identifies the BAD ACTORS of the processes in order to eliminate or reduce them.What you will bring:Level of education & Knowledge:At least 3 years of experience in Chemical Processes, chemical reactions (exothermic, solution and emulsion polymerization, heat exchange).
