Purpose of the job_
**This role will be focused on continuous improvement in production processes, specifically in the powder coatings industry.
This position aims to ensure efficiency and quality in production through process optimization, quality control, and coordination among different departments.

Key responsibilities_
**Key accountabilities**:
- **Continuous Improvement in Production**:
- **Support the optimization of production standards and processes to increase efficiency and the quality of RFT (Right First Time).

- **Color Control**:
- **Ensure that colors are processed correctly, maintaining the expected consistency and quality in the final products.
**:
- **Update Production Floor Issues**:
- **Identify, document, and propose solutions for operational issues in the production area, ensuring continuous improvement in processes.
**:
- **Receiving and Maintaining Equipment**:
- **Receive and verify the proper functioning of mill and extruder equipment, ensuring they meet operational and safety standards.
**:
- **Interdepartmental Coordination**:
- **Act as a liaison between different areas (production, quality, maintenance) to facilitate efficient scale-up of processes and products, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on projects.

- **General Support in Production**:
- **Provide assistance in various production-related activities to ensure an efficient and organized workflow**

Job requirements_
- **Engineering: IME, IMA, IEC.

- **Experience in production processes and continuous improvement.

- **Technical knowledge of processing equipment (mills, extruders).

- **Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- **Analytical approach to problem-solving.

- **Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Powder Coating businesses.
