You will be responsible to meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external clients by promoting, leading, and executing the activities of process development and qualification of hydraulic and industrial hoses with the highest quality and performance standards, offering the best solutions in the market and contribute to the global growth of the company.
You will assume responsibility and accountability in relation to the effectiveness of the Comprehensive Management System. Comply with the responsibility of anticipating, controlling, and eradicating non-conformities that are present in the processes, quality systems, environmental, safety, and occupational health, with an orientation to continuous improvement. Exceeding the expectations of our customers through the development of processes and product qualification with a highly competitive level of efficiency and technology.

- Support in the quotation and development of Products in a timely manner according to established procedures.
- Administration of the material and financial resources assigned.
- Participate in the strategies defined by the organization to achieve profitable and sustainable growth, maximizing quality and resources.
- Improvement projects to reduce costs.
- Participation in Problem Solving and reduction of S&D in support areas.
- Actively participate in activities that contribute to the good performance of HPT'S teams.

**About You**
- Bachelor's degree on Chemical, Materials engineering, or such.
- 2-4 years of experience in rubber processing or manufacturing industries.
- Required Skills: Leadership, responsibility, work under pressure, teamwork, effective communication, and proactive and self-management.
- Knowledge: APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), Plan de control y DMAIC Methodology (Six sigma).
