.Your JobThe Process Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing projects of varying scales, managing process and product performance combined with strong risk analysis and budget management skills. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team focused on achieving excellence for our customers. You will work across multiple functions within operations, development, and transformative capabilities to create mutual benefit. What You Will DoDesign and develop engineering projects derived from main KPIs (Scrap, OTD, OEE, QNs, and findings from audits or evaluations).Closely monitor the work or improvements being executed at all stages, ensuring adherence to initial planning and requirements.Prevent risks through the creation of key process measurements.Manage production runs to optimize or evaluate improvements in tooling or technologies.Work with teams that may include both external and internal professionals from various competency areas.Systematically document progress and any setbacks encountered.Manage projects using Gantt charts or other task management systems, and SAP for managing changes in routines and materials.Optimize PCBA processes (SMT and Backend).Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Completed degree in mechatronics, electronics, mechanical, industrial engineering, or related field.Previous experience as a process engineer, designing and developing projects in electronics, production runs, and changes, focusing on electronics manufacturing (PCBs/Manual Assemblies).Advanced conversational English.Knowledge in risk mitigation and continuous improvement.Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and self-direction skills.Familiarity with Core Tools (SPC, PFMEA, CP, and MSA).Experience in SMT and soldering processes.What Will Put You AheadExperience with automotive systems and standards (ISO, IATF).
