We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer join Sandalwood Engineering & Ergonomics. When you join the Sandalwood team, you'll join an engaging and inclusive group with a mission to help our customers identify, assess, and reduce work-related risks to quality, productivity, and employee health.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start up and certification
- Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
- Design, run, test and upgrade systems and processes
- Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions

**Requirements**:

- + 1 Years' Experience in manufacturing
- Mechanical engineer, Mechatronics engineer or Electromechanical engineer degree
- Automotive customer portals knowledge
- Experience in Automotive industry company
- English Advance, fluent written and spoken technical English
- Strong knowledge on problem resolution techniques in the automotive industry (5Why's, 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, etc.)
- Basic knowledge on PPAP processes
- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with different level of members within the organization
- Teamwork, proactive, with sense of urgency & customer service attitude to drive customer satisfaction (internal & external)
- Working under pressure and time availability
- Strong negotiation skills to drive timing targets
- The ability to report project status accurately and in timely fashion to manager level management
- **Tasks assigned / Work priorities**:

- Meet Program Deliverables on time and schedule
- Provide regular (daily, weekly, etc.) Tracking Status to the designated Team Leader
- Attend designated meetings to provide status reports
- Capture and register for all production and quality line for the project implementations and engineering updates/upgrades.
- Manage within master timing charts, with corrective actions and recovery plans identified where needed.
- Support to the production line for all tryouts runs and installation periods.
- Flexibility to work overtime and on weekends.
- Accomplish the department objectives addressed by the client using problem solving technique.
