**Process Engineer****Job Summary**Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.**Main Job Responsibilities**- Develop working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure they are followed.- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing system while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.- 3. Develop innovative solutions, evaluate and improve on processes in manufacturing systems.- Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards- Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of production process and advise on corrective actions.- Work with equipment designers and manufacturing officers to develop a cost-effective and working production process.- Work with design engineering on DFX (Design for excellence) to include.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering.- English 80%- 3+ years in the manufacturing environment (preferable automotive industry).- 3+ years of experience in process development and technology transfer.**Competences**- PCL Programming- Advance knowledge on manufacturing processes.- Knowledge and experience on the automotive industry.- Proactive and teamwork attitude.- Expertise in process management tools including PFMEA, process control plans, reactions plans and risk assessments.- Strong problem solving skills including root cause and fault tree analysis.- Experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts.- Advance knowledge on line balancing and time study.- Communication skills.- Analytical and research skills.- Technical and practical skills.- Committed to complete tasks on time and into budget.- Proven history in improving supply chain efficiency.- Excellent eyes for detail.- Strong documentation management skills.- Detailed understanding of Quality systems.- Working knowledge of CAD/CAE and Solidwork engineering tools.- At least 5 years of experience or combination of formal education and experience as required in: Heat treatment, Spot Resistance welding, Injection Molding, Aluminum Casting.**Certifications / Training**:- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.- PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Map.- SPC and DOE.- CQI's Special process assessment certification as required: AIAG CQI-9 Special Process: Heat Treat System Assessment; AIAG CQI-15 Special Process: Welding System Assessment; AIAG CQI-23 Special Process: Molding System Assessment; AIAG CQI-27 Special Process: Casting System Assessment.Work Location: In person
