Process Engineer

Experience as Process Engineer- 3 - 5 years in the maquila industry- English 70% or higher Reading, Written and spoken- Visa Laser (Must have)- Experience on Automotive Parts (Rack & Pinion, CV Axles, Steering Gearbox)- Experience on Remanufacturing Automotive Parts- Learning Hand on Remanufacturing Automotive Parts- Leadership- Lean Manufacturing (25 lean tools)- 5S, Continuous Improvement, Gemba Kaizen, Visual Management, Value Steam Mapping, TAKT Time, Standard Work, Time Studies, Line Balancing, Root Cause Analysis, Changeover SMED.- Core tools knowledge (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA.)- Process Flow Chart, Work instructions, Visual Aids, Quality Alerts- Problem Solving 8D- Problem Solving A3- Knowledge ISO 9001: 2015- Knowledge of IATF 16949- Knowledge on Safe Launch / GP12- Facilitates continuous improvement quality activities to reduce the potential for defects and ensures continual improvement in process- Drawing interpretation and geometric tolerances- Excellent communication with the different departments, customers and suppliers- Knowledge on NPI- Project Management experience- Minitab- Autocad knowledge- Solidworks Knowledge- MS office Proficient (Excel, Word, Power Point)- Knowledge and usage of Oracle/MRP System**Position**Process Engineer**Education**Engineer Bachelor's degree completed.**Other Skills**Team workProactive problem solvingStrong communication skillsSelf-drivenHands - onSchedule availability (Shift change)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Vales de despensaPago complementario:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadTipo de jornada:- Turno matutino
