Rio Bravo Plant Trim Division****Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.****As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for Design, implement and monitor clear, specific and functional systems of Lean manufacturing to produce quality products at the lowest cost, thus contributing to the development and to the continuous improvement of our corporation.****YOUR TASK WILL BE****1.Detection of needs and requisition of sewing equipment.****2. Definition of capacities, workloads and flows for the sewing areas.****3.Rearrangement of modules for mix changes, engineering changes and/or model year change.****4. Application of IATF16949 Procedures****5. Participation in the 8DS.****TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**- Knowledge in cutting / sewing process- Analysis and coordination of new releases.- Analysis, coordination and implementation of engineering changes and new designs.- Troubleshooting Customer Complaints.- Continuous improvement to the established processes.- Footprint analysis and plant distribution- English 65%- Balance of Modules- Making times- Knowledge of IATF 16949- Knowledge in PFMEA- Use of Auto CADInfo: ltorresceballos
