Process Engineer

**Job description**:

- Process Engineer will be responsible of bring support on existing product lines to meet KPI's metrics and drive applicable projects that can have positive impact for the organization.
**Responsibilities**:

- Bring support to existing product lines.
- Drives continuous improvement on productivity, scrap reduction and operations improvement
- Lead the manufacturing teams to achieve improvements.
- Lead the product lines transfers.
- Conduct validation process (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Manage technical changes to existing products through ECR, ECO, and deviation processes (Variance).
- Improve existing fixtures and tooling.
- Work in conformance to established manufacturing processes and procedures.

- 3+ years of experience
- Ability to manage project meetings.
- Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
- Flexibility to travel & a clean driving license
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem Solving skills.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Lean manufacturing Knowledge.
- Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing per drawings
- Knowledge about standard ANSI.
- Competency with software programs (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and Solidworks)
- Finished career (Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic / Mechanical).
- Previous experience medical devices Industry (desirable).
- Work experience under ISO13485 (desirable).
- Automatization Knowledge (desirable).
- Tooling design Knowledge (desirable).
- English 85%
