Process Engineer

**Education / Work experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.- 3 years experience in the area of repair and / or manufacturing in electronic processes.- Knowledge of AutoCAD- Ability to work effectively with teams and client.- Very organized and detail-oriented.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Responsibilities/Duties**:- Seek improvements in the process to reduce waste.- Monitor the behavior of the process on the floor.- Greater safety in processes and machines, ergonomics, higher productivity and lower costs.- Safety, Quality, Deliveries and Costs.- Look for the most robust process possible for satisfaction, from a Flow Chart, standard operation sheets, look for the balance and stability of the process.- Creation and maintenance of IE models, layout.- Generate documentation: repair processes, engineering notifications, work instructions.- Implement engineering changes.- Creation and maintenance of repair BOMs.Training to the production area.
