Process Engineer

Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Process Engineer will support plant operations by assisting in the development, maintenance, and improvement of manufacturing processes.
This role focuses on optimizing productivity, quality, and safety toachieve the plant's operational goals.- Assist in the development and evaluation of process and equipment methods to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support on-time product delivery.- Conducted troubleshooting and resolved process-related issues to enhance quality, yield, and throughput.- Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain optimal equipment performance and ensure compliance with production standards.- Support the creation and maintenance of standardized production procedures and documentation, including work instructions.- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for operational challenges.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.G., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field).- 1-3 years of experience in process engineering or a related role in a manufacturing environment.- Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt certification is a plus).- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés**Hablado: Avanzado, Escrito: Avanzado**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
