Process Engineer

**What you'll do**:

- Design, implement, control and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Manage each of the dimensions of a process (machinery, method, measurement, labor, material and environment).
- Plan, implement and validate engineering and process changes.
- Identify the needs of the process and offer timely solutions.
- Effectively train associates.
- Identify and solve problems, as well as areas of opportunity in their processes.
- Contribute to the improvement in operational availability of the lines.
**What is required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Education; Industrial, Electronic, ,Mechanic, Automation, Mechatronic Engineering or similar
- Advanced English
- Knowledge/skills; Core Tools, Customer-specific requirements, Lean Manufacturing, IATF 16949 and Technical knowledge in production processes.
APS (General Concepts and Main Tools), HAZMAT Certification, Standardized Work, Zymogram and Sequence Map, Product Knowledge, PFMEA Go, See & Fix Methodology and Process Documentation Review.
Drive Customer Focus, Manage Execution and Drive Collaboration.
