Join us as a **Process Engineer.****Job Summary**Responsible for the optimization and continuous improvement of steel and aluminum roll cutting processes using advanced technologies, with the aim of increasing operational efficiency, guaranteeing product quality and meeting safety standards.**Process Engineer duties and responsabilities**:- Update of FMEA process documents / Control Plan / Flow Diag / HIT's- Ensure that processes meet established Safety, Quality and Productivity standards- Development and understanding of documentation related to the process : gages and electrical diagrams, etc- Process and parameter adjustment, slitter, multiblanking, steel laser cutting processes- Production support in operation of the process to ensure the goals- Work in a Safety environment to avoid accidents- Maintenance development and review lists of equipment spare parts- Ensure that all Preventive Maintenance is carried out correctly (availability during plant closure)- Optimize resources, cost reduction or savings related to the process- Continuous Improvement Projects, Six Sigma**Job Requirements and experience**:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering or related field- Fluency in English- + 25 years old- Previous experience in a similar position/industry (at least 2-3 years of experience)- Expertise in CNC programming and computer-aided design (CAD) software- Knowledge of Core Tools (PFMA, CP, SPC, MSA and PPAP)- Knowledge of measurement system- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (SMED, VSM, TPM, 5S, JIT, ETC.)- Knowledge for problem solving with tools like 8D´s, PDCA, PARETO, ISHIKAWA, A3, FAULT Tree)- Strong knowledge of ASTM/IATF 16949/ISO900 Standars- Knowledge of Automotive Standards and Supplier Quality Manuals- Management skills, negotiation, problem solving- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Able to work efficiently in a team environment- Preferably live in Saltillo or Ramos Arizpe**We offer and compensation package including**:- Saving Fund- Additional Saving Program for Employees- Food tickets- Gas bonus- Vacation premium- Christmas bonus- Life insurance- Health insurance benefits- Anual bonus programs- Special fees on Car Insurance- Labor Flexibility schames and more**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From $1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):- How old are you?- Are you currently working?- What was your last salary?- What is your English level?
